My son purchased - on line - an ipod mini. As received, the product did not work.
We sent the ipod back to Apple and the same ipod was immediatly sent back with a note that it worked fine (note: I said immediatly sent back - I doubt that anyone actually unpacked it.)
We tried to use the ipod with two different computers including an Apple and it clearly did not work.
We wanted our mony back and Apple would only refund us if we paid a restocking fee.
Apple made a free $25 for selling us a defective piece of junk with lousy service.
From now on I buy Dell.
