Sent broken item when they guarentee it to work now i have to pay to ship it back to them and wait for a refund. Customer service very unprofessional and no response to emails

I purchased a Samsung i730 from this seller on Ebay item # 290276566615. They did not send a charger nor repond to my question of where the charger was. The phone arrived and did not work. I have now been without a phone thanks to Zendoo for a week. The Customer service rep (who is a girl the only one who works there by the way) was very short and sassy with me. I naturally asked for a replacement then she said I would have to pay to ship this phone back and wait for confirmation number before they would ship out another phone. This is very unfair especially that they guarenteed the phone to work in the item description. They obviously could care less about their F rating through thr Better Business Bureau and it shows through their level of Professionalism or lack there of.
