If I would have known about this web-site before and read about what to expect from the Magic Jack. I would have never bought this jack.
Now that I did I can confirm and relate to the stories in this report. Unfortunatelly it is not a reliable product and often when you call other phones they do not listen to your voice or even worst, they never heard their phone ring. Save your self some money and frustations do not buy the magic jack. I have a question, are there any govermental agencies that test this products before they are allowed to open for business? And if so, who is to be blamed.
