Hi I researched your order and since the shipping wasn't paid it was never marked "ready to ship". This is totally our error and I will refund $10 whether you would like the item or if you want a full refund. The invoice you will receive from Paypal is for the full $32.99 which is required for us to mark the item as "ready to ship". If you pay that or if you request a refund I will send you $10.
