Direct TV is the most croocked company. Their customer service department makes promises that they dont keep and when you call to follow up, they say that there is "nothing documented in your file"! They do not honor their own representatives promises to their customers. So, all the customer service department has to do is say or promise what ever they need to keep you happy at that time and then dont enter into the documentation in your file and therefore no one is ever held responsible for this! What a terrible practice to follow! Are there reps trained to do this?!?! I was warned about Direct TV's terrible customer service but didnot heed the warning. I have learned the hard way. Save yourself the time and aggravation but most of all the MONEY!!!
