Chase Bank Customer Service Policy #1:
If one of our unhappy customers calls the customer service department (and I use the term "customer service" only because it is a department, not a way of doing business at Chase Bank), go ahead and hang up on them whether they are swearing or not. We only service happy customers.
Chase Bank Customer Service Policy #2:
We are not responsible for the content of any conversations between the customer and our customer service reps. So if our customer service representatives lie to our customer, we will not honor their word. We will simply lie to the customer again and tell them it is not our fault, even though the customer service representative REPRESENTS our bank.
Chase Bank Customer Service Policy #3: We are so rich, we don't care about any of our unhappy customers so we can afford to be rude, incompetent, stupid and arrogant.
Chase Bank Customer Service Policy #4:
We have recently adopted the "too bad, so sad" attitude. So if you call customer service with a complaint, too bad, so sad.
