Worst Customer Service Ever - DirecTV service

How hard can it be for Direct TV to send me a shipping label for two HD receivers Direct TV mistakenly sent to my home? I called and my Father called as a follow-up, Direct TV sent an empty FedEx box and no shipping label. Two weeks later, still no shipping label and Direct TV is now billing $90 for a mistake Direct TV made. To make matters worse, I called Direct TV customer service this evening to refute the charges, and the individuals tells me "they will be removed, once the two receivers are returned." He also said, "that if I do not receiver the shipping label in the next 5-7 business days, to call Direct TV and ask to speak with a Supervisor." Can you imagine how insane that sounds? If it were not for my Father calling and speaking on my behalf to Direct TV customer service, I would have canceled my Direct TV service years ago.
