Website Makes Adding Services Easy but Deleting Requires a Call

Web site makes it easy to spend money by adding services and packages but you must call direct tv to delete an additional service. Their phone system is terrible and the company designs it to keep you spending and not allowing one to save. The customer service is designed to only sell and not serve.
Their phone people are nice but the service is terrible.
