I purchased a laptop computer and got a defective peice of equipment. I paid for the repair and then requested an update. After that the laptop never arrived for a period of over one week. Then after an email still no status and the laptop never arrived. Finally I requested a refund.
Soon after this there was still a delay. After all this. I have to pay the 20% restocking fee - the refund. I orginally paid $392.00 and I am not getting anything from the shipping, or other fees inquired. I am only getting back $252.00 -20% restocking fee = refund.
After multipile calls and emails. I finnaly get a form with a refund agreement. I bought this and paid $392.00 and I am only getting back some of what I had paid earlier. This all after a month of just trying to get a laptop and finally a refund.
