Refuse to refund a "new" defective item - sony vaio laptop

Do not buy this laptop or any other laptop from newegg. I recently purchased this laptop from Newegg, and received it a couple of days later. The problem is this laptop burnt out on the first game i played on it. It deleted partitions and completely screwed up computer. I tried to just purchase a new windows 8 because i didnt want to go thru the problems of returning it and having to wait a long time.
Long story short the computer was completely defective and NEWEGG refuses to refund me and now i am stuck with this piece of junk that i have to file a dispute with my credit card company to get back. (I have been a newegg customer for years and never had have a problem) But this has turned me away from purchasing ANYTHING from newegg and i would highly suggest going to a different provide
