Been lied to by Best Buy personnel in three different transactions

I took a laptop in for repair that I had purchased from this store. The Geek Squad told me that it was unrepairable. They then proceeded to sell me a new laptop.

They asked me to leave the old "unrepairable" laptop with them so they could send it off to another location to see if it could be repaired. They lost the computer and I did not get it back for two months. They never contacted me about losing the computer. I called the store repeatedly and they finally located it.

When I finally got the old one back, I took it to a repair shop and it was repaired in fifteen minutes.

Don't let this company sucker you into buying a new computer before you get your old one checked out somewhere else.

I purchased a third laptop this week from this same store and returned it two days later and was charged a 15% restocking fee.

I have been a loyal customer for over six years and I will never buy anything else from Best Buy.
