I will never buy a Hp laptop again. I bought a g series a few months ago and I also purchased a exteneded warranty with accedental damage, well I spilt some soda on my computer. It took 2 days of phone calls to have them find that I did purchase the warranty and now my computer has been in repair for over a week with no results. I have called several times and no one knows what is going on. I get the same story over and over "its being repaired you should receive your laptop in 3 days, well its 8 days later and they are still saying the same thing. I use this computer for my school and need it to do homework. I never in my life have been treated so badly and I can guarantee I will never buy hp again. This is crazy. I want to know why their customer service is in India, when Americans here need jobs so bad. This should be against the law.
