My son purchased a cellular razr v3 special edition black camera phone from tigerdirect on line on june 23-05 at 5:29 pm. Offer was for three rebates totaling $310.00 customer loyalty rebates.
I filled out and sent all the proper paperwork in the alloted time. They claimed something was missing. I sent it all again. The third time I sent all the paperwork was on march 18 certified mail with return receipt. They received all paperwork and signed for it.
I have been checking the internet we-bsite (cellphonerebates.com) for over one year and they keep saying something is missing.
I called and spoke to a supervisor on may 9 and she assured me that it was being worked on and even gave me new conifrmation numbers to check the status. When i try to check the status of the rebate now, there is nothing there, like it never existed.
I have chased this for over one year now and I have had enough. My next call is to the fcc and whoever else can help stop these cheaters.
