I purchased two cellular razr v3 special edition black camera phone from tigerdirect on line on Oct 12. The offer was for two Customer loyatly rebates for the two phones totalling $300.00.
I filled out and sent all the proper paperwork in the alloted time. They initially sent me an email saying that one of the rebates for $150 was being denied because I changed my cell phone plan - which was absolutely false. I sent them proof that was not the case. They said they would investigate it in 4-6 weeks and now it has been 10 weeks since I heard from them.
The other $150 rebate for the second phone has still not been processed.
I just received an email from them 1 week ago that due to wrong processing of rebates they are redoing all the rebates and they will be sending me a email in 8-10 weeks to tell me the status of my rebate.
I had been been checking the internet we-bsite (cellphonerebates.com) and inspite sending them proof that I still have the same cell phone plan and have not downgraded the cell phone plan/contract they are still denying the $150 rebate and of course the $150 rebate payment for the second phone is still pending.
I have chased this for over 6 months and I have had enough. My next call is to the Better Business Bureau and FCC and whoever else can help stop these cheaters.
