I received my 20 G ipod ($399. Tax) at christmas time. When i used it in january, i realized i could not get it to shut off. I put it aside. I called the company and they recommended i buy insurance and i did ($64.00). The technician told me to "boot" it up and shut it off.in doing this, it lost it's formatting and i sent it to them. It came back in worse shape and couldn't be turned off and within 24 hours didn't work at all. I spoke to them they promised me a "new " ipod. The following week an empty box arrived. They are investigating and although various people i have spoken with promise me a new ipod nothing has happened. Today I was angry and complained and later received an email that i will be receiving a used or refurbished or new (ha) ipod in the mail. What can I do. I wonder if the initial ipod was refurbished. What is my recourse. I want to take them to court.
