I sent in an ipod for evaluation and repair.

Since the time that the ipod was sent in for repair, the web site was redone and there has been no way to contact the company who sent to me a self addressed package for shipment.

They claimed to be willing to evaluate the ipod and then upon a price agreement repair the ipod.

Since the ipod was sent in no response has come forth from the company.
I has been more than 5 months since the ipod was sent.

I recorded the serial number of the ipod and have the order number of the repair.

I have no expection at this point that they will respond.
