Regarding for replacement

Sir i'm pradeep i bought new samsung grand mobile on 11.11.2013 in poorvika mobiles in erode, Tamil nadu. After 2 days i got a problem in my new mobile. When i reach 2 g tower means phone works automatically like writing message automatically, play song automatically in the music player. But this issues are not coming on 3g network. I.E. When i reach 3g tower. So i went to your service center (sai solutions, ERODE, Tamil nadu) on after 3 days then they update my software and again same issue. Then again i went to service center and show my issue by going to 2 g network along with service center employee. Actually this is coding problem but your authorized service center has not understand the issue and they are not replacing my mobile they told this is touch problem so we can change the touch of the mobile. But i'm not a mad. If it is touch problem means the same issue will coming on 3g network also but in 3g network its work properly. So it is full and full coding problem. I want to replace my mobile. So pls help me. Really its great disappointment for me. I dont like to change my touch and everything in my mobile. I need new grand mobile. So replace it. My mobile-9789636344. [email protected]
