I Bought Samsung Mobile Note 2 N7100 16/10 IMEI No 354666052865474.
My cell Went dead on Saturday 02-02 i went to the store (Alfa-Irla) from Where i bought they gave me list of service center to visit. I visited on Monday at 12.15 on 04/02 at Borivali Master Care Services. They took my set & gave me job sheet No 4146277730. They Didn't have spare part at that time. They Said Set will be given Back with fresh Parts with 2 days. I fail to understand if person buying Such high price phone shouldn't Samsung Give Immedialt replacements of the set or Not after checking & finding faults. Today I called up the service center 022-28924301 at 2.45pm Spoke to Deepti same reply i rec, part is coming today they shall give once part (LCD part) comes they shall inform Me. I Was BlackBerry Customer came to Samsung for their Features. But Now I understand. Samsung Service team is Not satisfying customer like Me. Sorry to Say I didn't expect from Samsung to Manufacturer Such Set With Defects with Short time. I prayer Pls Arrest My Issue & Satisfy Me With Fresh Set.
