Hi,
I have purchased Samsung mobile Model no B2100 on 16/11 through Univercel Tele Communications ind. Pvt Ltd., Visakhapatnam. With IME No: 358567026882114.
Since i bought the handset is having complaints, its getting switched off with in 5seconds while talking even after charging it till it shows "Battery Full".
I have taken it to Samsung service center on Dec 16th, they told its only a software problem.
They have taken it and kept for 2days and told they have updated the software and given back to me after observation.
Again the same complaint has arraised.
I took it back to them they told the handset has to be replace and i will be getting new.
So on Jan 7 the have taken it with a job sheet 152.
They did not gave any stand by handset even after my request and told that as its a replacement it will be done in 4 working days.
But till now they did not done any thing.
I have keep on going to them and asking for it but they are keep on postponing it.
I dont know why the such a big company like samsung is doing like this.
Its 3 months after i bought mobile but till now could not use it and more over facing many problems due to this.
I request the concern department to look over this and solve my problem.
