Recently purchased a Ikea built in oven and installed it the first of November. Ran the self-cleaning for the first time and it caused it to go out. Completely out. Now, after two weeks of still trying to get parts after the service providers has been out twice... We still don't have a oven. Oven is built by Whirlpool and they must have this problem quite often. Whirlpool and Ikea need to let people know of this problem and do something about it to fix it. Waiting for more than 2 weeks to receive parts and service is unacceptable. I would not buy another appliance again from Ikea.
Also, bought a $22 chair and it was missing a wheel.
