Complaint / review text:
I have purchased the Samsung Grand Mobile in January 2013. The Touch screen is not working and
I cannot use the mobile. I went to the Samsung service center and they formatted it and given it to me.
But the problem continues to be there and I cannot use the Mobile. The
Service center authorities say that they cannot repair it for the second time.
I am feeling it is a waste to buy the
Samsung mobile sets. They seems to be Highly unreliable after paying such a hefty amount of rS. 20,000.
Please replace my Mobile handset with a new one.
