I was collecting items in my basket to review later when I got done browsing, I could pick and choose from what I wanted. When I was on my basket, I was browsing through the items, my 10 month old daughter started banging on my computer, which in turn bought a number of different items. The screen then went to a white screen. I was alarmed that all my "black friday" work had gone bad when my cart said empty. I quickly checked the orders over the next 10 min to make sure she didn't order anything. Nope. Whew I thought. I then go to buy the items that I was absolutely certain that I wanted, but it said I had insufficient funds. Turns out, my daughter had ordered everything in the cart afterall. I figured out that I could use the neat cancel online tool, but was still worried about the funds I had on hold since I had a wedding to go to and had to leave in 3 hours. I needed this cash to pay for my hotel and gas. I talked to 3 best buy service agents, which were terrible. They all said that they could not help, and I would have to contact my bank. Ok I thought, easy enough. I called my bank the next day (Black Friday) (The orders were placed on Thanksgiving, a bank holiday) My bank then instructed me to call best buy back.in so doing, I was connected with a woman in the tv area named Jo, who after 3 sentences hung up on me. I called back, explained what my bank had said again and was delighted to find an intelligent gentleman on the other end named Logan. He ended up contacting support since it was a process he was unfamiliar with, and was able to take the holds off of my funds so that I would have a worry free weekend. I was just about ready to give up on Best Buy. Fully willing to spend an extra $300 on the items I wanted just so I wouldn't have to deal with their customer service until I was put into contact with Logan. Logan, you saved Best Buy my future business and recommendations.
