Recently ordered two items and both items were sent without the proper hardware. After numerous calls to and from customer service and waiting for them to send the hardware, they sent the same hardware I already had. When I called customer service again, they told me they don't provide the hardware that is needed. DUH! Didn't they know that a week ago when they said they'd send it??? The catalog specifically says the items could be hung the way I required, but they fail to say you have to go find your own hardware to do so!!!
The only positive thing I can say is that customer service refunded the shipping for my inconvenience, which was nice, but I'm still stuck with a 48" window box and 36" hose basket that I can't hang without trying to find hardware.
