I placed my order with Northwest Glass Art on June 11th after months of deciding exactly which item I wanted. My credit card info was given, and a hold was placed on the funds in my account in the amount of my order.
After almost 3 weeks and 3 emails later, my order status still says "processing" but I have yet to receive my order or a response to my multiple emails to this company. After visiting this website, I have learned at least that the person responsible for this aweful customer service is someone named "Greg". I originally wanted to add additional items to my order, my sister-in-law wanted to place an order, so I wanted to take advantage of combined shipping and the "free lollipop pipe" advertised on the website for orders over $50. I am at a loss for what to do at this point. I've sent 3 emails to this company, and the only response I have gotten is a hold placed on the funds in my bank account for the amount of my original order.
If you find this person "Greg", please tell him his customer service needs some serious work, and ask him to contact me to resolve this.
