I ordered 2 flowergirl baskets in white and a pillow (ring) in white for my purple/white/royal blue blend wedding.
I received 1 flowergirl basket and l ring pillow basket in beige. When I called and told them I was sending them back and wanted to be reimbursed, they said I had to take them because I had ordered them. However the girl I talked to over the phone said they were out of white and they sent beige instead. It was over the internet when ordered.
I boxed the items up and mailed them back before the wedding, so they could not say I had used them and sent them back. Well guess what they said. The pillow had glue on it and the flower girl basket had chocolate on it and they had taken pictures so I could not get my money back. What about the other pillow you never sent I said. They said they had reimbursed my account for $8.00 on a 9.99 item. I told them I have not seen the credit. I asked them to send my items back for me to see the damaged (so called goods). They told me that it is there policy to destroy all items returned. So I am out of the product, money and time spent. I am an event planner and needless to say, I will never use them again, however, It has to be against the law for them to keep my items and I get absolutely nothing for the buck.
This is the most unusual thing I have ever seen in all my days.
