Abysmal Repair Service Under Warranty

On Nov. 231 my wife and I purchased at Home Depot an LG dryer and took out the extended warranty. On Oct. 25 2013 the dryer stopped working and continued not to
function for the next 5 days when the service tech showed up whereupon for some unknown reason it started immediately. The tech could not locate the problem with the machine and left saying it is working. Several days later the same promplem occurred only this time the machine was permaently broke. An appointment was setup with another service repairman 3 days later. He didn't show up or call. An appointment was setup for Nov. 9 with still another LG repairman and he didn't show up or call.
On Nov. 11 I met with the store manager at the Home Depot store in Williamsburg, Va. And explained my frustration with LG service. He agreed and said he would try to get lG to give me credit toward a new dryer. LG refused. I will never buy another LG product.
