Sears!!! Worst extended warranty policy ever! Called and booked the next available appointment 3 weeks out ridulous. On the scheduled service date No one showed up. Service tech did not bother to call or leave a note. Now i have to start all over again and wait once again to have a new appointment. It's no surprise why this company is in the hole.
