We purchased a Samsung Dryer Model DV405GTPASU / with extended warranty from Sears in Galesburg, Illinois less than 1 year ago. On September 3, I called to schedule a service call because it began making a terrible noise an would not turn. It took until the 17th of September to have a tech arrive at the house tell us he could not fix it and order the parts. We were told to call and reschedule when the parts arrived. We did and the Tech arrived today the 7th of October. He just left & my dryer is still not working because the wrong parts were ordered and we need a new motor because the old one was not installed correctly. We are again told to call when the parts arrive to reschedule to have the repairs made! $2000 plus extended service plan, for a new dryer that works less that a year, two service calls (which I might add are scheduled between 8 & 5 pm - so that either my husband or I have to take an ENTIRE day off work!) and the dryer still can not be repaired, 6 weeks tomorrow with out a dryer! We also purchased a Samsung TV which we also are waiting almost a month for the Tech to come and look at it!
