My wife has been trying, wihout success, to obtain an engineer to replace the drum on her washing machine. To date she has made numerous calls to Samsung. Today I spoke with Sam then had a call back from a lady named MARION. Total waste of space with promises to escalate my wife's complaint. We also have the expense of using a local launderette for washing as the machine is so unbearably noisy. Though we are informed safe to use!!! We have had enough and now not only do we wish an engineer to call and replace the drum. But also compensation for the launderette and 'phone calls made to date, 11 November. Service is abysmal and the people I have spoken with on your 0330 number have been less than helpful!!! Disgraceful!!! Our reference Job No is 2112068997. Shoddy treatment. Or lack thereof from such a reputable Company... Totally unaceptable!!!
