They changed the dates of when the rebate was due to a different date that is listed on their rebate form.
Cannot contact the company - do not accept e-mails and phone number is always busy until after hours. After hours they tell you they are closed and to call back.
So, my $30.00 rebate was denied and I cannot contact them.
