A valid rebate was submitted 6 months ago for a purchase. The stipulation of the terms and conditions of the rebate states NATIONWIDE RETAILER as the valid store. Rebate was denied 4 months later contrary to the terms and conditions. After speaking to the representative over the phone, arguing over the legal meaning of NATIONWIDE RETAILER, I was asked to resubmit the rebate. Couple of weeks later, the rebate was approved. I took a screen shot of the online status. After waiting for a month, no rebate was received. Went back to the website and found that my rebate was invalidated again and TCA has closed my claim on the rebate.
What you have here is a typical case of cheat and scam by a rebate fulfillment company. TCA is famous for not honoring its rebate fulfillment obligations. A company like this should be outlawed and fined by the FTC.
