To much to list, to many times let down, to many unrepaired issues, to many missed appointments. Why dont you start calling your customers and ask them if they are happy with you service provider. Look online at Google, Yahoo, Ect. Under A&E Factory service reviews and you will see 0 good and plenty of bad to very bads. I will make you 1 promiss, 1 thing, if any company ever offers me extended warrenty thats services their products with another company you Home Depot just lost a customer. PS this goes for Best Buy, Loews, Sears, HH Gregg, Ect. Ect. They all use this company as there 1st provider, only after extreme issues will they try to find others to help you but by then you have been without your washer/fridge / freezer for a month or more. I have a family of 6 and live 25min. From town. This has been the worse experence ive ever had and multable times over 5 years. I hope people will read this and let these companys know something needs to be done with A&E Factory Service and not just change their name and get a new manager.
