I went to Home Depot (edinger/Lyon) in Santa Ana, CA store to return item that i purchage two years extended warrenty, Customer service girl name MONICa will not exchage batteries just she want to give me hard time. I went to Irvine Home Depot and in two minutes they gave me new exchange. Santa Ana (edinger / lyon store has the worse customer service
