I Sandra Lopez have been dealing with a nightmare of a warranty support from a Maytag Washer machine I bought from Home Depot. I just made it before my warranty expired.
I called in to report my problem after finding out who deals with this warranty issue it turns out GE does not have a GE technician working on Maytag units and they sub that work out to a company called A & E factory service, Fine.
I called 2/05/09 to report my problem and they have not fixed it yet it is currently
07/14/09 and they are due to return yet again in the hopes to fix it. And when I called to find out what is the worst case to both GE and A & E factory service its been a nightmare getting any body to help me. GE stated A & E factory closed the claim stating they fixed the problem back in 2/27/09 and therefore GE is not anymore liable to the warranty But A & E just keeps sending out technicians with constant excuses the part is either not in or they end up sending the wrong part.
This as nearly been going on for 6 months and still I have no support from either party GE or A & E factory service.
I have come to the end of my rope and looking into legal channels. My Washer machine failure is completely legit and failed under warranty coverage.
