I purchased a pressure washer washer from home depot 1-2-06. I took it out in april to do some cleaning and after a hour it quit running. I took it to home depot 4-23-06 and they said because it was over 30 days since i purchased it they would send it to the manufacture for repairs. They called me 2 weeks later and said i ran it out of oil and it needed a new motor for $325. I told them to hold off i would check it myself.
They never looked at it at the factory because they would of found the broken gear on the end of the crank shaft that runs the pump. Then i called the factory and they told me to take it to another repair center. That was over a month ago and still no pressure washer. When i call they say they are waiting for a part. Dont they make parts for these washers? The last time i called the factory they gave me the run around
