There are service groups used has home appliance warranty companies. I use UtilityPro out of Peachtree City GA. I pay 33.80 a month but you have to pay then entire amount of over 400.00. My washer and dryer broke down. Called and was set up with A & E factory service. First you receive an automated phone call stating you will be responsible for all payment if not under warranty. I had to call and make sure UtiitlyPro was in fact paying, my washer and dryer set is over 5 yrs old. Next they can not come for over a week. The time is set one day for the dryer and the next day for the washer. The time... 8-5. So you sit and wait. It is not their policy to have to call first and they do not. I even was home and never heard them. My washer did get a new pump, but still is not working. So 5 wks later, my dryer has not been looked at, washer still broken and three visit attempts again later and nothing. Utilitypro states they are the only service in my area. So I am out the cost to the appliance warranty group Utilitypro and have to keep going through A & E Factory Service. Their customer service is out of Texas and is extremely rude canceling my appointments when you complain and telling Utilitypro they give cursity calls and then tell me it is not their policy to have to do so. So if you want to wait all day, given horrible service, and pay for companies that should be out of business try A & E Facatory Service... A Whirlpool company.
