In December I sent a check to this company and it cleared my bank on the 29th.in January, they sent a bill saying that it was due, when I called them about this I talked to a lady that said that she found it and that she would take care of it and that she apologized for any inconviences this had caused. So I left it at that and thought it was all taken care of. A couple of weeks later I started receiving phone calls wanting payment so I faxed them a copy of my cancelled check and didn't hear nothing from them for quite some time then they called again saying that they never received payment and wanted me to pay this. I told them that I had faxed a copy of my check and they wanted me to send this again, so I had my bank fax it to them. Again they started calling and when I talked to them it is like starting from the very beginning no one knew what was discussed from the previous contacts. The last person I talked to said she didn't see anything in the notes about my check information when I asked her about my previous conversations with other reps. She said they only put information concerning the account in the notes, thats when I asked her why my check info that I had given before (check #, $ amount etc..) wasn't in the notes wouldn't that be considered info about the account? She didn't know why, she couldn't answer that easy question but yet they claim that they are right and that I haven't paid this bill after they received all my info. I have faxed all this info to them a total of 4 times now and I guarantee that I will never order from this company again.in fact our business has banned any orders from this company because I am not the only one from our business that things have happened to. Another gal from the office paid for her order with check by phone and she got a bill saying it was not paid, she to had to argue and faxed her info twice. (This was check by phone!) What kind of company is this??
