The website ltdcommodities.com names its operator in its own legal pages (Oner Group, LLC, dba LTD Commodities), prints a Schaumburg, Illinois address and a customer-service phone line, and publishes shipping, refund, privacy and recall pages. The LTD Commodities name appears in CPSC recall notices from 1991. The brand's earlier owner, L.T.D. Commodities LLC, went through Chapter 11 in 2023; its assets were sold to SLR-AMI Acquisition SPV, LLC and its affiliate ASC Brands, LLC, and the court found the buyer not a successor to the debtors. BBB and Trustpilot figures for the brand are in the complaints and reviews section.
What the Terms say about disputes. Under the heading “Arbitration Agreement and Waiver of Certain Rights,” the Terms and Conditions say that disputes “relating to these Terms of Use or the Website” “shall be submitted for binding arbitration in accordance with the Rules of the American Arbitration Association,” before a single arbitrator in Illinois, with a jury-trial waiver and a class-action waiver: “Neither you nor Oner may act as a class representative or private attorney general, nor participate as a member of a class of claimants, with respect to any Claim.” The same clause keeps the right to bring qualifying claims in small claims court and does not stop either side “from seeking action by federal, state, or local government agencies.” The Terms are governed by Illinois law. The LTD Commodities Perks membership has its own Program Terms, and their Dispute Resolution section also requires individual arbitration.
Before you order. Keep the order confirmation and tracking numbers, pay by credit card so you keep the right to dispute a charge, make sure the cart does not contain an LTD Commodities Perks membership you did not mean to add, and read both the Refund Policy and the Customer Service FAQ, which give different return windows.

LTD Commodities orders, shipping, returns, refunds and the Perks membership: what the company's own pages say
This section covers the LTD Commodities catalog and website at ltdcommodities.com, operated by Oner Group, LLC, dba LTD Commodities. The brand had earlier owners, including the L.T.D. Commodities LLC that filed Chapter 11 in 2023 (see the ownership section).
Contact. Customer service is at (847) 295-6058, 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Central time, 7 days a week, and through the web form on the Contact Us page. The Terms give [email protected] as the customer-service email, 1-847-748-2250 for help using the website and 1-866-736-3654 for the text-message service. The company's mailing address is 1101 Perimeter Dr, Suite 850, Schaumburg, IL 60173. Privacy requests go to 888-712-9045 or [email protected].
Order status and cancelling. The Customer Service FAQ says order status is shown on the Your Account page or by phone at (847) 295-6058, and that “Orders that have advanced to the fulfillment process cannot have items added, removed or be cancelled,” so call as soon as possible if you want to cancel. Your card “will not be charged until your merchandise has been shipped,” but at checkout the company pre-authorizes the amount of all in-stock items plus shipping, which can temporarily reduce your available balance.
Shipping. The Shipping Policy charges by order amount: $10.99 up to $24.99, $13.99 from $25.00 to $49.99 and $9.99 at $50.00 and up, with “just one shipping cost per order, no matter how many boxes we ship”; oversized items carry extra delivery charges shown on the product page. The site banner advertises free shipping on orders of $49 and up with no code, which differs from the policy table, so check the shipping line at checkout. In-stock items typically leave the warehouse within 3 to 5 business days, items that ship in separate boxes cost nothing extra, and orders go only to the contiguous 48 states and APO/FPO addresses, not to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.

Returns and refunds. The two company pages give different windows. The Refund Policy says to call (847) 295-6058 “within 30 days from the delivery of your order” and that no returns are accepted after 30 days. The Customer Service FAQ repeats the 30-day rule but adds that after 30 days and up to 60 days you may return an item with your own, non-refundable shipping for a refund of the item price, or a replacement if it is still in stock, and that no returns are accepted after 61 days from delivery. Both pages say shipping, processing and handling fees are not refunded, and personalized items can be returned only if defective. Call before sending anything back; returns go to LTD Commodities, Returns Department, 1000 Bilter Rd, Aurora, IL 60502-4766. A card refund can take one billing cycle to appear.
LTD Commodities Perks membership. The website sells a paid membership, LTD Commodities Perks, that offers cash back and discounts. Its product page describes a free 30-day trial followed by $18.95 a month, for US customers except in Iowa. The Program Terms say the membership is offered by Oner Group LLC and run by Clarus Commerce LLC as its service provider, that it renews automatically and is charged each billing period until you cancel, that there is no prorated refund for the current month, and that cancelling during the trial ends access at once. To cancel, use the Help tab or the Contact Us link on LTDPerks.com or call 888-873-4894; the product page says you can also ask for a refund of your most recent membership fee.
If you find a Perks charge you did not agree to. (1) Call 888-873-4894 or use the Contact Us link on LTDPerks.com, say you want the membership cancelled and the most recent fee refunded, and write down the date, the agent's name and any confirmation number. (2) Check your next statement; if the charge comes back or the refund does not arrive, send your card issuer a written billing-error dispute with the dates of your cancellation request. (3) Ask the issuer to block any further membership charges from that merchant.
Price guarantee. The Low Price Guarantee refunds 100 percent of the difference if, within two weeks of your order, you find the identical new item in stock and advertised for less by a qualifying U.S. seller. Call 847-295-6058 and provide the dated ad; shipping, coupons and other promotions are excluded.
Payments and open accounts. Check or money-order payments go to LTD Commodities Payment Center, 1101 Perimeter Dr, Suite 850, Schaumburg, IL 60173. The FAQ warns that automated ACH payments, or payments mailed to the previous payment administrator in Monroe, Wisconsin, may arrive late, and asks customers to make sure payments for orders placed after June 12, 2023 go to the Illinois address. Payments are typically due within 30 days of receiving the merchandise, returned payments carry a $30 fee, and customers with open account agreements or Premier Plus status may keep shopping on open account terms while in good standing.
Orders and balances from before the June 2023 sale. The Asset Purchase Agreement attached to the sale order (D.I. 369, Exhibit 2) lists among the liabilities the buyer took on “customer refund obligations solely to the extent related to the LTD Business and arising after the Petition Date” (April 11, 2023), and its Section 2.4 says the buyer is not responsible for the sellers' other liabilities. In plain terms, refund obligations that arose before April 11, 2023 stayed with the bankrupt sellers rather than passing to the 2023 buyer. The Notice of Winning Bidders (D.I. 290) says the debtors' private credit accounts receivable portfolio went to Midwest Catalog Brands, LLC. A letter about an old balance names its sender, which may be a different business from the retailer. If the sender is a debt collector, the federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act lets you dispute the debt in writing within 30 days of its first notice and ask for the name of the original creditor.
If the company does not resolve it. Before filing with BBB, the company asks customers to call its Executive Service Team at 847-615-7310. For a card charge, dispute it with your card issuer; under the Fair Credit Billing Act a written billing-error dispute must reach the issuer within 60 days after it sent the statement showing the charge. The company is based in Illinois, so you can file a consumer complaint with the Illinois Attorney General at illinoisattorneygeneral.gov/File-A-Complaint/ or call its Chicago consumer hotline at 1-800-386-5438; you can also complain to the attorney general of your own state, to the FTC at ReportFraud.ftc.gov and to BBB. The arbitration clause in the Terms still lets you use small claims court and complain to government agencies.
Complaints and reviews: BBB, Trustpilot and this site
The figures below come from separate sources and are not added together. Both review profiles cover the brand across more than one owner: the BBB profile belongs to the old Lincolnshire business, and the Trustpilot page was claimed in July 2022, years before Oner Group, LLC took the LTD COMMODITIES trade name in May 2026. They should not be read as a measure of the current operator alone.
BBB. BBB's profile for LTD Commodities at 200 Tri State Intl, Lincolnshire, IL lists L.T.D. Commodities LLC as an alternate name, carries an alert about the April 11, 2023 Chapter 11 filing, and says the business is not BBB accredited and has no rating “because it is out of business,” although the ltdcommodities.com website is taking orders. It shows 0 complaints in the last 3 years and 2 customer reviews averaging 1 out of 5 stars. BBB gives a business start of September 1, 1963, incorporation on January 24, 2003 and a BBB file opened January 1, 1967. The profile carries a company request that customers call its Executive Service Team at 847-615-7310 before filing a BBB complaint.
Trustpilot. The Trustpilot page for ltdcommodities.com shows 43 reviews and a TrustScore of 1.4 out of 5: 72 percent of reviews give 1 star, 14 percent 2 stars, 2 percent 3 stars, 7 percent 4 stars and 5 percent 5 stars. The company claimed the profile in July 2022, and Trustpilot notes no recent history of the company asking for reviews. The newest reviews describe a refund for faulty solar lights that took several calls and more than two weeks, a wrong item delivered twice with a return the company said it never received, and an unexpected monthly charge for the LTD Commodities Perks membership. Reviews are individual opinions, and Trustpilot does not verify them.
BBB customer reviews. The newer of the two BBB reviews, dated August 2, 2025, begins “Beware this company has changed” and describes a return-shipping dispute; the other, dated October 18, 2024, concerns a curtain order placed under a free-shipping offer. Both were written while ASC Brands, LLC held the LTD COMMODITIES trade name.
Older complaints on this site. The consumer complaints listed under Related Complaints on this page were written between 2002 and 2013, when earlier owners ran the brand, and are shown as brand history rather than as complaints about Oner Group, LLC. A few more posts concern a collection agency or a related business and mention LTD Commodities. The most common subjects in these older posts are shipping charges and orders split into several boxes, backorders and late or missing items, billing and payment disputes, and trouble reaching customer service by phone; several posts from 2006 to 2009 describe automated collection calls or letters about bills the writers said they had already paid. They are consumers' accounts, not findings.

If you own one of these products, stop using it and follow the remedy in the notice on cpsc.gov/Recalls. You can report an unsafe product or a product-related injury to CPSC at SaferProducts.gov.
Court records naming LTD Commodities LLC or L.T.D. Commodities LLC
The court cases in the table on this page name the brand's earlier owners, L.T.D. Commodities LLC and ASC Brands, LLC, not Oner Group, LLC. Each entry gives the court, docket number and what the docket shows; where the docket entries do not describe the claims, no subject is given. A filed complaint is an allegation, not a finding.
Other federal cases against the pre-2023 company. CourtListener lists further federal cases from 2015 to 2022 naming LTD Commodities LLC or L.T.D. Commodities LLC, most of them brought by other businesses. Two ended as follows: Chin v. Ltd Commodities LLC (S.D.N.Y. 1:18-cv-08979), a copyright case, was closed March 13, 2019 by an order of discontinuance, and Diaz v. L.T.D. Commodities LLC (S.D.N.Y. 1:19-cv-07892) was dismissed November 26, 2019 after the parties told the court that a putative class action had been or would be settled.
Bankruptcy. The Chapter 11 filing of April 11, 2023 and the June 2023 sale orders are described in the ownership section. The court ended the Chapter 11 cases with a final dismissal order signed January 11, 2024; that order closed the bankruptcy and did not decide any customer's claim.
Case against the 2023-2025 operator. Echols v. ASC Brands, LLC (N.D. Ill. 1:25-cv-10051), filed August 22, 2025, is an Americans with Disabilities Act case against the company that held the LTD COMMODITIES trade name in Illinois until August 8, 2025. Oner Group, LLC is not a party.
Court & Public Records
In re L.T.D. Commodities LLC (now captioned Oldco LTD LLC), Chapter 11, jointly administered with AmeriMark Interactive LLC
DismissedHow it ended: after approving the sale of the debtors' assets, the court entered a final order dismissing the Chapter 11 cases on January 11, 2024. A dismissal of this kind ends the bankruptcy case; it is not a ruling for or against anyone on a claim. The debtor was the brand's earlier owner, not Oner Group, LLC.
Voluntary Chapter 11 petition filed April 11, 2023; joint administration with the AmeriMark Interactive LLC case (No. 23-10438) ordered April 13, 2023. The June 1, 2023 Notice of Winning Bidders (D.I. 290) says the debtors selected SLR, or its designee, as winning bidder for substantially all of L.T.D. Commodities LLC's assets other than private credit receivables, and Midwest Catalog Brands, LLC for the private credit receivables portfolio. The sale order of June 15, 2023 (D.I. 369) approves the sale to SLR-AMI Acquisition SPV, LLC, defines ASC Brands, LLC as 'Buyer Opco' and finds the buyer not a successor to the debtors; D.I. 367 approves the Midwest Catalog Brands sale. The debtor's name was changed to Oldco LTD LLC by an entry of August 1, 2023, and the case was closed on January 12, 2024.

Defendants waived service. On February 12, 2020 the court consolidated the case into No. 1:20-cv-17, which became the lead case, and directed the clerk to close this member case; any further proceedings took place in the lead case. The complaint's allegations are not findings.
Jezign Licensing, LLC v. L.T.D. Commodities, LLC
FiledThe docket lists L.T.D. Commodities, LLC as a defendant. By an order entered July 10, 2023 (docket entry 71) the court denied without prejudice the LTD Commodities motion to dismiss and stayed the matter as to that defendant 'pending the resolution of bankruptcy proceedings pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 362(a)', the automatic stay that applies once a defendant files for bankruptcy. The docket entries do not describe the claims.
Blood v. L.T.D. Commodities LLC
DismissedThe case reached federal court by a notice of removal filed January 7, 2025 (entry 1). The plaintiff filed a notice of voluntary dismissal on January 9, 2025 (entry 2), and the case was terminated that day. The docket entries do not describe the claims.

Who operates LTD Commodities: Oner Group, LLC today, and earlier owners of the brand
What the company says about itself. The About page says LTD Commodities has sold merchandise for more than 60 years, grew out of small mail-order businesses into a catalog and online merchant, and has offices in Chicago and a distribution center. It does not name a legal entity. The Privacy Policy (last revised April 21, 2026) names “Oner Group, LLC, dba LTD Commodities,” and the Terms say the website is “operated by Oner Group LLC.” The address printed on the company's pages is 1101 Perimeter Dr, Suite 850, Schaumburg, IL 60173. The Customer Service FAQ still refers to “LTD Commodities LLC” in places and says that abc distributing customers can use their abc distributing account number, username and password on the LTD Commodities website.
Ownership history of the brand. (1) CPSC recall notices of 2001 and 2002 name LTD Commodities, Inc. of Bannockburn, Illinois, and later notices name LTD Commodities LLC of Bannockburn. BBB lists the business as started September 1, 1963 and incorporated January 24, 2003. (2) On December 20, 2017 AmeriMark Holdings LLC announced that it had acquired Illinois-based LTD Commodities LLC; AmeriMark Holdings later renamed itself AmeriMark Interactive. (3) On April 11, 2023 L.T.D. Commodities LLC filed a voluntary Chapter 11 petition in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (No. 23-10444), jointly administered with AmeriMark Interactive LLC and five other affiliates under lead case No. 23-10438. The Notice of Winning Bidders (D.I. 290, filed June 1, 2023) names SLR, “or its designee,” as winning bidder for substantially all of L.T.D. Commodities LLC’s assets other than private credit receivables, and Midwest Catalog Brands, LLC for the debtors’ private credit accounts receivable portfolio. The sale order signed June 15, 2023 (D.I. 369) approves the sale to SLR-AMI Acquisition SPV, LLC, names ASC Brands, LLC, a Delaware company and an affiliate of the buyer, as “Buyer Opco,” and defines the “LTD Brands” as LTD Commodities, Lakeside Collection and LTD Lakeside. The court found that the buyer “is not a successor to the Debtors or the Debtors’ estates.” A separate order of the same date (D.I. 367) approves the sale to Midwest Catalog Brands, LLC. The debtor was renamed Oldco LTD LLC on August 1, 2023, and the cases ended with a final decree of January 11, 2024. (4) USPTO assignment records for the LTD COMMODITIES marks (serial numbers 88410285 and 85291957) show an intellectual property assignment from AmeriMark Interactive, LLC to ASC Brands, LLC, executed June 16, 2023 and recorded September 21, 2023. (5) Illinois registry data, as republished by OpenCorporates, show ASC Brands, LLC (an Illinois branch of the Delaware company, at 200 Tri State International, Lincolnshire) holding the trade names LTD COMMODITIES from July 25, 2023 and THE LAKESIDE COLLECTION from August 4, 2023, both until August 8, 2025. The same data show Oner Group LLC, an active Illinois company with a registered address in Deerfield, holding THE LAKESIDE COLLECTION from April 22, 2026 and LTD COMMODITIES from May 11, 2026. The registry entries do not say how the business passed from ASC Brands, LLC to Oner Group, LLC, and the company's own pages do not explain it either.

What this means for older records. The court’s non-successor finding concerns the 2023 buyer. Records and complaints from before June 2023, including the CPSC notices, court cases against L.T.D. Commodities LLC and the consumer complaints linked on this page, concern earlier owners of the brand, not Oner Group, LLC or ASC Brands, LLC.
Related names. CPSC notices of 2006 to 2016 name ABC Distributing and The Lakeside Collection alongside LTD Commodities as catalog names or co-distributors, and the 2009 lamp recall gives ABC Distributing a Bannockburn, Illinois address. BBB lists Fresh Finds and AmeriMark Interactive as related businesses. The text-message terms on the website say the message service is operated by The LTD Collection. The company's pages do not explain how these names are organized.

The Refund Policy says to call (847) 295-6058 “within 30 days from the delivery of your order” and that “No returns will be accepted after 30 days from delivery of your order.” The Customer Service FAQ adds a second option: after 30 days and up to 60 days you may return an item using your own, non-refundable shipping, for a refund of the item price or a replacement if it is still in stock, with no returns after 61 days.
