Rip-off Phone harassment for payment that was paid

I mailed my November payment with a change of address. Never received December bill but mailed payment on December 13 that was not due until the 20th.

On January 8 was contacted at my place of employment stating that December payment not yet received. Checked bank records and check had cleared my bank on December 19th.

Faxed copy of bank statement with picture of check. LBAC stated that was not proof that they had cashed the check and they would not even look into the situation until they received a copy of the back of check.

Obtained copy of check front and back and faxed to LBAC to verify they had in fact received payment early and cashed check. Stated that this still did not resolve the problem that they did not know where the money went and I should follow up with them in a few days. LBAC employee very rude. I amde payment, they cashed it but do not know where the money is. That is not my problem, just theirs.
