ABOUT AUG. 15th I called bell south and tried to get a singular CELL PHONE and on the 18 of aug. I received one BY, UPS in the afternoon about 1430 to 1500. But it had a Gainesville fl area code 352-562-2308 AND I LIVE IN A/C 386 and I called them and told them I'M sending it back, and I did, NOW IF BELL SOUTH HAD A BRAIN THEY COULD CHECK THE PH. RECORDS AND SEE WHAT TIME I CALLED, IT WOULD BE LESS THEN 1 HOUR BEFORE 3:42 PM ON 08/18/05 I went to the ups store about 4-5 miles down the road, #3514 ON 2109 HWY 90N WEST suite170 lake city fl 32055 386-755-9890 this happen on 08/18/05 @ 3:42 pm now on sept 29th I received a bill from bell south for 208.39 for charges for mobile number 386-965-3055, that's not the same number that they sent to me.
My bill is normally less than 30.00 the phone was never used. However, I desperately need a cell phone because I was a totally disabled veteran in need of a liver transplant; and on aug 26 at shands hosp.in Gainesville fl I had a liver resection done on me, and I was in the hosp. For 7 days and I needed a cell phone, but I didn't have one now bell south want to charge me for something I didn't have. Or use, I never charged it up or use it, it was in my possession about 1 hour and I sent it back. AND ALL OF THE CALLS ARE UP IN NORTH CAROLINA, AND I HAVE BEEN HOME RECOVERING FROM MAJOR SURGERY, WITH A SCAR ONE FOOT LONG.
