Bellsouth
Gives me problems every month

Here are my problems with bell south that I have to resolve every single month.

False charges on my bill. Every single month I have to fight to have charges removed. After talking with a bellsouth employee who asked not to be Id he said that this was a standard operating practice of bell south to raise revenues.

Unable to access DSL. DSL is down one out of every 2 hours

False advertising. There DSL is not faster than dialup. My $9 AOL account was the same speed as my $50 Bellsouth DSL

False sales pitch and haven`t recieved any promised rebates after I filled out the proper paperwork which the salesman said there wouldn't be a need to file any paperwork. Constantly I recieve telemarketing calls asking me if I would like to sign up for their long distance service even though I asked them not to call me again they continue to call and this is a phone company.

I could go on for along time but my advice is to use any other phone company and "boo" their trucks when you see them.
