I have been waiting since January for my "$100 Cash Refund" to thank me for returning to Bell South from my previous telephone company! I've made repeated calls to both "Customer Service" and "Bell South Rewards" but to no avail.
I've been lied to - I keep being told that "your check is in the mail". If that is the case, where is the money? There was a second rebate of $50 for changing my ISP to Fast Access DSL - that rebate came almost right away after I sent for it. I can't understand why Bell South is intentionally withholding these funds from me.
In good faith, I returned to Bell South, believing the company would keep its word and disburse the funds to pay me. Sadly, they haven't.
Also, I asked for a supervisor's name and a PHYSICAL STREET ADDRESS where I could send a letter of complaint via "Certified Mail - Deliver To Addressee ONLY". The agent I was speaking with refused to divulge the information.
I like my service and pay my bill on time every month, so why won't Bell South send me my check?
I do not like their unfair, deceptive marketing practices.
