On Oct. 12, I received an additional page with my Bell South bill from OAN Services for USA Voicemail. I do not know this company and certainly don't need an additional voice mail when I have complete service from Bell South. They had a number & 1-800-944-9646 for billing questions. There is no answer at that number or at 800-926-7514. My wife, who is a telephone operator, was unable to connect with this place during repeated tries. I have not signed any contract with said company and never heard of them until their bogus bill appeared in my mail.
Bell South also said they are not familiar with this company which seems strange if Bell South is mailing out OAN bills and obviously handling the payments because the OAN charge of $21.75 is a part of the total payment which is to be sent to Bell South. Crazy! (
