The payment was supposed to be taken out of my credit card, not my checking, so I called them. They told me I had to put a stop payment because everything is automated. I did that, and now my account is frozen and the money is showing in my PayPal account. They charged it to my credit card and now froze my account, so I cannot get the money back. They said that I had to fax. I faxed everything that was needed. I called them last night and they said everything would be cleared by mid-morning. I called mid-morning, and now they told me they need a notarized affidavit, which is not in the instructions. They also say that they do not have a copy of my driver's license or bank statement. They are making interest on my money while I am getting charged interest on the credit card while they hold my money.
