I recently bought an item off Ebay, and I used my paypal account to pay. I haven't used it in a while, and the bank account they had on file was old, and I had left it without any money. I first removed my old bank account, using their website, then I entered my new credit card information, made the new card my primary means of payment, and then made the purchase, selecting the new card as the payment method. Somehow, Paypal charged the old bank account, cousing me to become overdrawn, and racking up several overdrawn fees, to the tuneof 51.73. I called paypal, and explained the situation, and the best answer that they had for me basically was that I was a lier. The insisted that I had not taken my old credit card or bank account off, and there was nothing they could do. This was their mistake, and it cost me money, but they took the attitude that I didn't matter, that there was no way they could have made a mistake, and that I was lying. I don't want anything from Paypal, except to call the bank and explain the error, but they wouldn't do that. So I advise you all out there to think twice before using Paypal.
