Nasty, inconsiderate, greedy, mean, uneducated, unprofessional thieves

When I first called them, they pressured me to "quickly" send them money. They claimed that if I did not, I would never be able to receive my GED diploma.
They were incredibly rude when I called them to ask them why my diploma had not arrived (it was 3 weeks late). They told me that there was an "investigation" in the post office. They told me this several times, along with "I don't care about your story".
I now do not want a diploma from them, because as one of the complaints had stated that I read in your usacomplaints.com, a poor girl was handed a fake GED diploma by G.E. Career Center.
This has caused me great fury and undue emotional distress. They WILL and must pay in some way.
