I have been a responsible Paypal user since 2004. I am also a disabled American. I receive my benefits via a Social Security debit card issued to me. I have used that debit card to make purchases of personal items from Ebay repeatedly. I also have another debit/credit card listed. It is a pre-paid card. Last night a purchase of vitamins for $12.84 was flagged and my Paypal account is frozen! I am being told that the only way I can keep my Paypal account is if I go get a bank account and give Paypal the account information or apply and accept a Paypal credit card!!! Wtf? I am on disability! I have no money to open a bank account NOR do I wish to create debt on a credit card!
Paypal is OUT OF CONTROL! They are trying to bully me into getting a bank account that I do not need and/or a credit card I do not need! Customer service was provided by idiots that barely speak English and incessantly repeat "DAT OUR POLICY!"
