Has not shipped order, has not replied to mulitple e-mails. Ripoff

I ordered a pipe from this company on 06/07 and it was supposed to take 7 days to ship. My pipe has not come yet and my order status continues to say "processing". Second, I've seen this company multiple e-mails asking for a tracking number, about my order, and simply where my pipe is. Still no response.

This company (appearently run by someone named Greg) is unprofessional, falsely advertises, and has terrible costomer service.
