Nothwest Glass art has not shipped order, has not replied to multiple e-mails.
I ordered a pipe from this company on 06/22/05 and it was suppoosed to take 7 days to ship. My pipe has not come yet and my order status say shipped. I have send this company multiple e-mails asking for the status of my order and simply where my pipe is. Still not response.
Horrible customer service.
