As you can see above, I placed an order with this company on June 11. My debit card was charged and my account said "Processing". Well, it has been over one month, and I've sent over 8 emails to Northwest Glass Art since placing my order, and have not received a single response.
I tried calling the phone number I was able to aquire for the company, but this number rings to a mailbox, which is full, so you can't even leave a stern message. I see that others who have reported this company here have gotten at least some response from Northwest Glass Art, and since my previous attemps have been fruitless,
I have no choice but to file this report.
Northwest Glass Art says to please allow 7 days for orders to be received. I can see from previous reports that customers rarely get their orders within 7 days, but I think over a month, like in my case, is obscenely excessive. I've learned that a person named "Greg" is responsible for Northwest Glass Art. If something has happened to Greg, if he is dead, in jail? Or hiding-out in a bunker somewhere, his customers are owed an explanation, and a refund.
Northwest Glass Art's website needs to be shut down. Every day unsuspecting consumers like me fall victim to this con-artist's game.
